Once a new version is introduced, all vulnerabilities also found in that version will be in state "mixed". Add a bulk operation to get this sorted.

Also Add another category "new version" that replaces "mixed" for those vulnerabilities where all fields are in sync but missing in the latest version(s).

Also track the teams that were doing assessments in the general assessment. If any vulnerability was not assessed by all teams, mark is as such.
